The Lady Gators garnered their second mercy-rule win in two days, knocking off the Edgewood Rams, 14-0. Abby Hollen overmatched the Ram hitters, as she tossed a one-hit shutout in her first career Gator start, striking out seven in the process. After a scoreless first, Miranda Lobus and Lauren Stumme sandwiched singles around a walk from Hollen. Kelli Streett drew an RBI walk, and Caroline Wille plated the second run with a deep sacrifice fly to left for a 2-0 lead. Perry Hall then took advantage of seven walks and three Ram errors to bust it open with a 12 run third inning. Stumme had the big hit of the inning, a 2 run double to center. Lindsey Dudley and Brittany Kingery also added RBI singles as the Gators brought 18 hitters to the plate.
