The Gators knock out the state runner ups from 2013 Catonsville (#5 preseason ranking) 4 – 3 in 8 innings
Alec Meredith and Ben Libercci combine to pitch 8 innings of 3 run baseball to help the gators advance to the sweet 16 in the state tournament.
Klein struckout 10 Gators and went the 8 inning distance (with over 100 pitches) for Catonsville.
The gator offensive attack was lead by Ben Libercci with 2 hits and Ryan Kahl with 3 RBI (including the game winning bunt RBI)
